2000hours: Went to Inagiku (Japanese restaurant) at Raffles City.
Event: Family gathering.
Review: A whole new concept to Japanese dining, the food was little but awesome, the ambiance was almost quiet, very peaceful indeed. Had an exquisite beef which was said to be something very similar to the Kobe, each slice (merely the length of your last finger) cost 10 bucks. The presentation of the sashimis were beautiful, cooking of the beef was done right in front of you over a hot stone. Simply the upper class societal experience.
